Potato Skins

INGREDIENTS

4 Large Rooster Potatoes Skins Only

1 Tsp Turmeric Powder or Grated Root

1 Heaped Tsp Seaweed Seasoning

1 Tbsp Chilli Oil

 

METHOD

Pre Heat Oven 200 Degrees

Put Potato Skins onto Oven Tray

Sprinkle with Turmeric and Seaweed Seasoning

Massage Oil into Skins

Place Tray into Pre Heated Oven for 20 minutes or until Skins are Crispy

 

These can be eaten on their own as a savory treat
