Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. Spread tub (or required amount) of Sweet Kelp on baking tray, turn oven off and place tray into the oven. This can be left in oven for 1 hour or overnight.
When you take tray out of the oven press down on Sweet Kelp with your hand and crush to required size. It can now be used in your salt cellar or put back into tub, this will stay fresh and crisp for months.
You can sprinkle on soup, stir frys, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, mashed or boiled potatoes or my own personal favourite fruit salad, coconut yogurt then sprinkle toasted Sweet Kelp on top. This can also be eaten on its own as a healthy alternative to crisps.
